‘In 2011 my cooking adventure has started through my participation in “Keuken van de Meester” which I have won. So I entered the world of restaurants & hospitality and worked for 2 years at Hof van Cleve.
Under the leadership of Peter Goossens and Michael Vrijmoed I gained knowledge into the operation of the kitchen.
In 2013 I followed Michael Vrijmoed to his restaurant “Vrijmoed” where I worked for about a year.
I started working at “Atelier Ducheyne” in 2014 to discover the world of homecooking.
20 april 2015 my world changed entirely with the sudden death of my Dad. At that very moment he was chef and owner of hotel – restaurant Ter Duinen. Immediately I decided to continue the life’s work of my parents.
Now I’m chef in the kitchen and try with all the information I gathered during my life to prepare pure seasonal dishes. My dishes are evolving as to build a gastronomic future.
